Eligibility for Replacements
Replacement Reasons:
Free return shipping will only be provided if:
The product received is defective.
A wrong product was sent.
For other reasons, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be deducted from the replacement amount.
No Refunds Policy:
Allayra does not provide refunds. We only offer replacements or exchanges.
Partial Orders Replacement:
If you ordered multiple items, defective or wrong items costing more than ₹299 from a single order will be replaced individually.
For defective items below ₹299, the full order amount will be refunded.
Replacement Window:
Replacements are only valid for 7 days from the date of receiving the product. After this period, no replacements will be offered.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Used items or items showing signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
Process for Replacements
Replacement Request Form:
Customers must fill out the Replacement Request Form available on our website.
Once submitted, our team will verify the issue and process the request promptly.
Processing Time:
Replacement orders will be processed within 4–10 days, depending on your location.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
Notify us immediately by filling out the Replacement Request Form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide clear photos of the product to expedite the replacement process.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be replaced:
Items made to your specifications or personalized.
Items that are used or unsealed (due to hygiene or health reasons).
Products mixed inseparably with other goods.
