A SENIOR LIVING EXAMPLE
In an agreed pilot, a community could sponsor 25 family circles for $300 per month. Your team introduces the benefit; relatives use their own circles to share visits, errands, documents and updates.
The community funds the agreed places. Families use that sponsored access without paying a separate subscription for the same coverage. Family owners choose who joins; funding alone does not give the community access to family records.
Review these questions together using family feedback and a simple staff tally. Any time savings or satisfaction improvement would need to be demonstrated in your pilot. Allayra does not replace your required family communications or clinical systems.

BEFORE YOU START
A shared workspace organized around one person, with up to five members including its owner. Ten sponsored circles can accommodate up to 50 total members; each family controls who joins its circle.
$12 per reserved circle per month, with a 10-circle minimum. For example, 25 circles would be $300/month. No standard setup fee is proposed. Taxes and any agreed changes are confirmed in the proposal.
Paying for access does not make an organization a circle member. Family owners decide whom to invite. All invited members can see the records shared in that circle.

Tell us before enrollment so coverage and billing can be reconciled. Submitting this form does not change anyone’s current membership.
The proposed pilot lasts two months with monthly billing and no automatic renewal. We agree on continued access or an orderly end before enrollment. Families are not automatically moved onto personal paid plans.
