These terms govern your use of the Allayra website and care coordination service provided by ALLAYRA LLC ("Allayra," "we," "us"). By creating a care circle or otherwise using the service after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Allayra helps families organize tasks, appointments, user-entered medication records, documents, and updates. Features, availability, and limits for Family and Family+ are described in the app. The current service is a beta. Features labeled as in development are not included in a subscription. An interest list is not a commitment to deliver a feature by a particular date.
Allayra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication verification, emergency monitoring, professional care, or a guarantee that care occurred. Confirm medical instructions with a clinician or pharmacist. Contact local emergency services directly in an emergency. Automatic email, text, and push reminders are not active.
2. Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Use accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. You must have authority to act for another person or organization and permission or another valid legal basis to enter and share a care recipient's information.
Possessing information does not establish guardianship, power of attorney, or permission to disclose it. The beta is not offered for clinical workflows requiring a HIPAA business associate agreement; these terms do not provide one.
3. Shared information and your content
All circle members can read shared records and download files. Contributors can edit; owners manage invitations, roles, removal, and deletion. Invite appropriate people, review access, and keep essential records backed up. Removing access does not erase copies members already saved.
You retain your rights in your content and grant Allayra permission to host, process, display, and share it as needed to provide requested functions and as described in our privacy policies. This grants no right to sell care content or use it for advertising. You are responsible for lawful and accurate entries and for reviewing changes by other members.
Dates, completion marks, and reminders are organizational aids. Do not rely on them as the only treatment record, an emergency contact method, or proof of completed care.
4. Optional features and providers
AI is currently disabled. If enabled, AI may make mistakes or omit information. Review output before saving or relying on it, and refer clinical decisions to qualified professionals. Voice input requires consent and browser microphone permission and may involve remote speech processing.
Sign-in, hosting, voice, and payment providers have their own applicable terms. Optional processing follows Allayra's privacy disclosures and consent controls. We do not control every provider's availability.
5. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
The public sample can be explored without an account or payment; sample changes are not saved. Creating and updating a real care circle requires an active Family or Family+ membership. When signup is available, choose a membership, sign in with your email, and complete Stripe checkout before creating your circle. Invited members are covered by the owner’s membership within its limits. Joining a plan or pilot interest list does not authorize payment or start a subscription or trial that converts to paid service.
Checkout displays the price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any trial conditions before purchase. Plan prices exclude applicable tax, which is added at checkout. A purchased subscription renews automatically each month or year at the selected interval until canceled. Recurring billing starts only with your express authorization. We will communicate future price changes before they apply and give you an opportunity to cancel.
For a purchased recurring plan, cancellation stops renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless checkout states otherwise or law requires an earlier end. Use subscription-management controls when available or contact admin@allayra.com. Deleting a circle or stopping use alone does not cancel a subscription. After membership access ends, existing records remain available to authorized members to read, download, export in JSON, and delete; adding or editing care records requires an active membership. Cancellation does not automatically erase care records.
For refunds or billing errors, email admin@allayra.com with your account email and transaction date; exclude card details and care records. Applicable consumer rights and any refund commitment shown at purchase govern. These terms do not waive legally required refunds. Stripe processes payments.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not access another circle without permission, bypass security or limits, upload malware or unlawful material, impersonate someone, misuse personal data, harass others, or disrupt the service. Do not submit credentials, card security codes, or information unnecessary for your intended care coordination.
Allayra and its licensors retain rights in the software, brand, design, and service materials. You may use the service for its intended purpose under these terms. Rights in your records and third-party or open-source materials remain with their respective owners.
7. Ending use or changing the service
You may stop using Allayra at any time. Export records and download needed files before deleting a circle or losing access. Contact us about personal information you cannot remove yourself. Our privacy policies explain retention and deletion.
We may restrict access to address a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Beta features may change or be discontinued. Paid-service notice, refund, and access rights required by law or promised at purchase still apply.
8. Availability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, Allayra is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for clinical use. Maintain independent records and care arrangements. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or restricts statutory privacy rights.
Contact admin@allayra.com about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver and do not remove your right to seek a remedy from a competent court or regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law.
9. Updates and contact
We update the date above when these terms change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account notice before taking effect, with additional agreement where required. For service, billing, privacy, or terms questions, contact ALLAYRA LLC at admin@allayra.com.
